Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By creating an account or using the ScopeForged Websites hosting service (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Plan tiers and limits

Your plan's resource limits are published here and enforced by the platform. The Starter plan includes 50 GB of monthly bandwidth, 5 GB of storage, and up to 25000 monthly pageviews; the Growth plan includes 250 GB of bandwidth, 25 GB of storage, and 250000 pageviews. Exceeding your limits may result in warnings, throttling, or suspension per the published overage policy.

3. Changes to these terms

We may modify these terms. Material changes are limited to a closed list of categories, take effect no sooner than 30 days after notice, and give you the right to decline and cancel before they apply. Changes are non-retroactive; prepaid annual customers keep their original price and limits until the end of their prepaid cycle.

4. Limitation of liability

Our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim, subject to the carve-outs required by your jurisdiction's consumer-protection law.

5. Acceptance

Your acceptance of these terms is recorded with the version, a SHA-256 of the exact text you agreed to, and the time, IP, and browser of acceptance.
