DMCA Policy
DRAFT — PENDING COUNSEL REVIEW (Plan 295). Not legal advice. The registered-agent contact details must be finalized by counsel and match the registration filed with the U.S. Copyright Office.
ScopeForged responds to notices of alleged copyright infringement under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. §512).
Submitting a notice
Submit a takedown notice via our DMCA notice form or by email to dmca@scopeforged.com. A valid notice must identify the copyrighted work, the infringing material's location, your contact information, a good-faith statement, and a statement under penalty of perjury that you are authorized to act.
Counter-notification
If your content was disabled and you believe it was a mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notice. Content may be restored 10–14 business days after a valid counter-notice unless the complainant files a court action.
Repeat infringers
Accounts that accumulate three valid takedowns within twelve months are suspended, consistent with our repeat-infringer policy.
