Getting started
- How long does it take to launch?
- Most sites go live in 3–5 weeks from kickoff. Larger builds (Business plan with custom integrations) typically run 6–8 weeks.
- What do I need to provide?
- Logo (or we can design one), a few photos, and the basics about your services. We handle the rest — including writing the copy if you want.
- Can I keep my existing domain?
- Yes. We help you point it to our infrastructure or you can keep the registrar you have. The site URL never changes for your customers.
Ownership
- Do I own the site?
- You own your domain, your content, and your data. The codebase is operated by us — like SaaS. On cancellation we transfer the domain back and provide a full content export.
- What about my SEO when I cancel?
- Your URL structure and content come with you. We hand off a static export and a sitemap so you can stand it up wherever you land next.
Pricing
- What happens if I need more pages than my plan includes?
- We tell you before you blow past the limit. Adding pages is straightforward — either bump up a plan or pay a one-time build fee for the extra pages.
- Are there setup fees?
- Yes — they cover the initial design, content, and configuration work. After launch, your monthly rate covers hosting and ongoing edits.
- Can I cancel?
- Anytime. We give you a 30-day data export window, then transfer your domain back to you. We do not lock customers in.

- How fast are content edits?
- Most edits land within one business day. Same-day for urgent changes during business hours.
- How do I request changes?
- Email us, fill out the in-portal request form, or for Business-plan customers, we offer a dedicated Slack channel.
